About Me.

Courtney Phillips, CPC

I’m a certified life coach, educator, and leadership developer with over 13 years of experience helping people grow with courage, clarity, and intention. I’ve been married to my husband for 11 years — together we have three incredible kids and a therapy dog named Clark. My journey began in education, where I learned how powerful it is to walk alongside someone as they find their voice, overcome challenges, and step into who they were created to be. Since then, I’ve expanded that work through coaching individuals, couples, and groups through life transitions, relationship challenges, career shifts, and personal growth.

I hold a degree in Education from Oklahoma Baptist University, a Life Coach Certificate from OSU, and certifications through the International Association of Professional Recovery Coaches. I'm also a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC). Whether I'm coaching a teenager on time management or self esteem, guiding a couple through relationship alignment, or helping a leader clarify their next step—I’m always looking for what’s true, what’s meaningful, and what’s possible.

My coaching is rooted in a values-based approach, which means I help clients to be clear on what matters most so they can live and lead from a place of authenticity and wholeheartedness. I help clients move from scattered to steady—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

We don’t just talk—we build.

We build executive functioning skills like time management, organization, prioritization, and follow-through.

We build emotional strength through healthy boundaries, self-awareness, and conflict resolution.

We build meaningful habits and rhythms that reflect who you are and who you want to become.

I coach with the belief that you don’t need to be “fixed.” You just need space to remember what’s true and support as you take your next brave step. My clients gain confidence, clarity, and the practical tools to move forward—not in perfection, but in purpose. If you’re ready to begin bravely, I’d be honored to walk with you.

I work with clients ages 12 and up, both virtually and in person.
